Christian Alexander has spent the last 10 years organizing campaigns and building field operations that deliver results. For him canvassing is about meaningful conversations that move people to act, and he trains his field reps to engage authentically and connect under any circumstance. Christian takes pride in providing in depth training, mentorship, and real uplift to the people he works with, equipping them with skills that not only win campaigns but also strengthen their own communities and lives.
He founded Ground Game Staffing because he saw a better way to partner with campaigns and causes on outreach. His mission is clear, let candidates focus on running their race while his teams handle the staffing, training, and field execution with professionalism, strategy, and heart.
